Sixty Minute Follow-Up Consultation

Service Description

Continue to work on and and achieve your goals or any new goals you desire by booking a follow-up session with us. We will continue to track your progress together by keeping you accountable and providing additional nutrition information and resources where needed! An additional 7-day meal plan, recipes, and a grocery shopping list is also included. Consultations are provided virtually or by concierge service in-person at a location of your preference. Consistent phone, text, and email support will also be provided.
