Service Description

This package includes: -An initial hour consultation + four thirty minute follow-up sessions -A full nutrition assessment during the initial consultation along with a 7-day meal plan, a grocery-shopping list, and recipes tailored for you -Nutrition education based on your specific nutrition-related goals -Additional meal plans and resources will be included during the remaining follow-up sessions -Consistent phone, text, and email support Consultations are provided virtually online or by concierge service in-person at a location of your preference.
